Philadelphia’s own underground destroyers TRUNK have unleashed the official music video for “Brain Rot” , one of the heaviest hitters off their brutal new record Fuck the Process . True to the band’s no-frills, all-fury style, the video captures TRUNK in their natural element — sweaty, loud, and completely unhinged — performing live at The Mouse Trap in Philly during a full-blown tattoo party.
Shot in 4K and dripping with DIY grit, “Brain Rot” is a visual gut punch that perfectly matches the chaos of the track. It’s raw, it’s real, and it’s exactly what you’d expect from a band that built its empire from basement shows and beer-stained amps.
“We wanted this video to feel like being in the room with us — no filters, no fake shit,” the band says. “ Brain Rot is that feeling of total sensory overload, when everything’s too loud and too real to process. That’s TRUNK.”
Since forming in 2017, TRUNK has carved a name for themselves in the underground with their signature blend of death-soaked groove, hardcore energy, and sludge-laden fury. Fuck the Process — produced by Tyler Romeo — captures that sound in its purest form: loud, loose, and lethal.
