Stockholm, Sweden – Swedish doom metal juggernauts Doomherre are returning with their second full-length album, Plaguelords , scheduled for release on November 25, 2025 via Skatbo Records . ABOUT PLAGUELORDS
Plaguelords is a nine-track descent into doom, blending mythic narrative with personal reflection. From the epic scope of Serpent Shrine and Wrath of a Mountain God to the intimate weight of Dark Hand and This Burning Guilt , the album delivers a sonic experience both crushing and cinematic. As Doomherre explains:

“ Plaguelords is not just a collection of songs — it’s a book of horrors, with the Bonegoat as its author. We only give him the riffs to write with.” – Doomherre

Produced by the band, mixed and engineered by Victor Takala , and mastered by Björn Iversen , the album is a testament to Doomherre’s fiercely DIY approach.

ARTWORK & VISUALS
The album cover, crafted by Brazilian artist Kin Noise (collaborator with Guns N’ Roses, Megadeth), is a layered visual narrative reflecting each track on Plaguelords . Doomherre’s logotype, designed by Swedish illustrator Martin Schmetzer , completes the band’s distinct visual identity.

LIVE HISTORY
Since their 2023 debut Bonegoat , Doomherre has shared stages with The Sword, Unida, Bastardane, 10.000 Years, and Hexjakt , building a reputation for live shows steeped in intensity and atmosphere.
