TOWER Premieres Video for First Single from Let There Be Dark Album

New York, NY – Cult New York City metallers TOWER have unleashed the official video for their new single "Under The Chapel," the first glimpse into their forthcoming album Let There Be Dark ! The video premiered in collaboration with Metal Injection —check it out below!

Scheduled for release on March 21 in Europe and April 11 in North America , Let There Be Dark will be available on CD, vinyl LP, and digital formats via Cruz Del Sur Music .

A Darker, Heavier Evolution


Following an intense touring schedule since 2021’s Shock To The System , TOWER retreated to the studio from October to December 2024 to record Let There Be Dark with acclaimed producer Arthur Rizk (Blood Incantation, Cavalera, King Diamond). The album draws from the current foreboding state of the world, resulting in a haunting and relentless sound.

The Story Behind "Under The Chapel"


Frontwoman Sarabeth Linden reveals that "Under The Chapel" is inspired by a Yiddish lullaby her grandmother sang to her as a child.




“It always felt extremely haunting. It was really cool to use that as inspiration while also paying homage to my grandmother and my heritage.”




Fans won’t have to wait long to get their hands on the single—the Under The Chapel 7-inch vinyl (featuring B-side "Iron Clad" ) and music video drops February 21 , just in time for TOWER’s European tour .

A Band Transformed


With four years since their last album, TOWER has grown both sonically and creatively.




“These years have hardened and matured us,” says guitarist James Danzo . “We’ve moved away from rock ‘n’ roll influences and fully embraced our metal side.”







“I agree,” adds Linden , “but rock ‘n’ roll is here to stay! We’ve gained confidence, taken risks in our songwriting, and pushed our sound further.”







“We now have a greater understanding of what makes a TOWER song,” says guitarist Zak Penley . “We’ve allowed ourselves to be faster, slower, and introduce embellishments that elevate the mood.”
