Finnish blackened doom metal outfit Kalmo is back to drag listeners into a pit of despair and darkness with their latest single, “Feeding the Worms.” Fueled by crushing riffs, grim vocals, and an atmosphere soaked in decay, the track channels the raw spirit of old-school doom while paying homage to the legendary sounds of Celtic Frost/Triptykon , Death Breath , and Convent .

SUN DONT SHINE Announces Full Physical Rollout For Debut Album “From Birth To Death”

SUN DONT SHINE, the heavy metal supergroup featuring members of Type O Negative , Crowbar , Down and Silvertomb , has announced the full physical rollout for its debut album, From Birth To Death , available now via Corpse Paint Records .

The band, which features Kenny Hickey , Kirk Windstein , Johnny Kelly and Todd Strange , previously released the singles “In The End” and “Power To Live”.

A standard CD edition of From Birth To Death is available now. In addition, multiple limited-edition vinyl variants have been made available in partnership with Revolver Magazine . The initial pressing included 250 blue marble and 250 gray marble copies, with the blue variant already sold out .

Each vinyl edition includes a bonus 4-inch “tiny vinyl” featuring the track “Dreams Always Die With The Sun.”

Additional variants have been rolled out across different platforms, including an exclusive colorway via TalkShopLive and a band-exclusive pressing available directly through SUN DONT SHINE.

To support the release, SUN DONT SHINE will take part in a live shopping event on April 13 via TalkShopLive, offering exclusive items including autographed CDs and vinyl.

The band has also entered into a licensing agreement with Plastic Head Distribution to bring the album to physical retailers throughout the U.K. and Europe.

Looking ahead, SUN DONT SHINE plans to release tour-only vinyl editions available exclusively at live shows.

In support of the album, Revolver Magazine has published a digital cover story on the band.
